Study and application of acidification in XSP 1 horizontal well

  • 摘要: 针对下深平1井的储层特点及伤害原因,分析了水平井酸化存在的技术难点,研究了酸洗液配方及粘弹性酸化液配方,并制定了先酸洗再进行高排量基质酸化的工艺方案,配套了热化学增能助排和氮气气举助排方式。通过对该井的现场施工,较好的解除了泥浆长时间浸泡对地层造成的伤害,取得了较好的增产效果,为油田今后水平井酸化施工积累了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: To be suitable to the reservoir characters and damage causes in XSP 1 well,the technique difficulty of acidification in horizontal well is analyzed.Through the study on the formulations of pickle and viscoelasticity acidifying fluid,the process program of firstly acid wash and then matrix acidification of high displacement is established,matched with thermochemical energization flowing and nitrogen gas lift flowing.The field performance shows that the damage to strata by soak for a long time is relieved,obtaining a field effect of yield increase.
