大庆外围油田斜直井分层压裂工艺研究与应用

Research on deviated well seperated-layer fracturing technique and its application in Daqing peripheral oilfield

  • 摘要: 常规斜直井压裂管柱在现场施工中出现一些问题,诸如封隔器承压指标低、井下工具滑脱、导压喷砂封隔器及安全接内壁磨蚀严重等。通过研究,改进了封隔器胶筒,研制出了新型反洗井封隔器、导压喷砂封隔器和安全接头。改进后工具现场实际应用效果良好,为大庆外围油田增储上产提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Problems as packer's low pressure bearing,downhole tool slippage,serious abrasion of gush arenaceous packer and safety joint inner wall existed in the conventional deviated well pipe string.According to the research on the study area,the packer tube has been improved,new backwashing packer,gush arenaceous packer and safety joint have been developed.The improved tool show good effect in the actual site application,which provides technical support for increasing the reserve and production of Daqing peripheral oilfield.
