聚合物驱后油藏强化泡沫驱参数优化设计

Optimized design of enhanced foam flooding parameters after polymer flooding

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高聚合物驱后特高含水开发后期油藏采收率,根据强化泡沫驱先导试验区的油藏特点及开发现状,利用CMG数值模拟软件,对双河油田强化泡沫驱的注入段塞大小、注入浓度、注入方式等参数进行了优化设计,并依此制定了开发方案。优化结果表明:强化泡沫体系为2 000 mg/L稳泡剂+0.3%发泡剂,合理气液比为1∶1,最佳注入量为0.5 PV,并且采用气液混注方式驱油效果最佳;预测矿场实施后,可提高采收率10%,对聚合物驱后油藏采用强化泡沫驱技术进一步提高采收率是可行的。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the recovery of oil reservoirs after polymer flooding,according to the reservoir characteristics of enhanced foam flooding in the pilot test area and the development status at present,by using CMG numerical simulation software,the optimized design of enhanced foam flooding parameters was carried out,namely the injected slug size,the injection concentration,injection pattern and etc.,and therefore,the development plan was established.The optimized results indicate the enhanced foam system is 2000 mg/L stabilized foam agent +0.3%foaming agent,the reasonable gas-liquid ratio is 1:1 and the best injection is of 0.5 PV,and the oil displacement effect of gas-liquid mixing injection way is the best.It is predicted the recovery efficiency can be improved by 10% after implementation and it is feasible to further improve the recovery through enhanced foam flooding after polymer flooding.
