Research and Application of A Profile Correction Agent in High Temperature Reservoirs in Shuanghe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了PAB-2型调剖剂的室内研究与现场应用。PAB-2型调剖剂是由聚合物、交联剂和增强剂等组成,借助聚驱设备注入调剖井内,在油藏温度条件下可反应生成高强度的凝胶,粘度可达10~5mPa·s,成胶时间根据需要在1~20 d可调,90℃下老化一年不破胶,岩心试验堵水率99.8%,双河油田实施调剖作业13口注入井,调剖半径最大达36 m,吸水剖面改善程度平均53.7%,效果明显。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the laboratory study and field application of a profile correction agent of PAB - 2 type that is composed of polymer, cross- linker and strengthening agent It can be injected into profile correction wells by using the injection facilities of polymer flooding and can generate gel of high strength with a viscosity of 105 mPa ?s at in situ temperature. The gelling time is adjustable from 1 d to 20 d according to needs and the gel can keep for one year without viscosity break at a temperature up to 90· Water plugging rate reaches 99. 8% in core experiments. Profile correction operations with this agent are carried out in 13 injectors in Shuanghe oilfield achieving a maximum profile correction radius of 36 m and an average water adsorption profile improvement of 53. 7%.
