大庆低渗透水平井重复压裂技术及现场试验

  • 摘要: 目前大庆外围低渗透水平井低产井比例高,急需通过重复压裂来提高单井产量。通过分析水平井低产原因,将其划分为四种类型潜力井,并确定了对应的重复压裂改造措施和工艺管柱。共开展了共33口水平井的重复压裂现场试验,试验结果表明,低渗透水平井重复压裂后增产效果显著,重复压裂后初期平均单井日产油量能达到初次压裂后的70%以上,水平井重复压裂技术可有效延长外围低渗透水平井的生产周期。

     

    Abstract: At present, the proportion of low productivity horizontal wells in low permeability reservoir is high, it is urgent to improve the single well productivity by refracturing. By analyzing the causes of low productivity of horizontal wells, four types of potential wells were classified, and the corresponding reconstruction measures of repeated fracturing and technical pipe string were determined. There were 33 test horizontal wells refractured and the results indicated that the productivity of low permeability horizontal wells had a significant improvement after refracturing. The initial average individual well oil producing rate was 70% above of the first production after refracturing. Therefore, the refracturing technology can prolong the production cycle effectively in low permeability horizontal wells.
