双管注汽技术在稠油水平井开发中的研究应用

摘要: 辽河油田稠油水平井均采用筛管完井,注汽过程中采用笼统方式注汽,受油层非均质及周边采出影响。蒸汽局部突进、水平段动用不均,测试资料显示水平井水平段动用不均的井约占80%.水平井段动用较好的约占总井段的1/3—1/2。针对辽河油田的中深层稠油油藏,为了减少热损失、提高隔热效果.采用同心管双管注汽,井口实现配汽量的调整。实施效果表明,采用双管注汽后.水平段动用得到较大幅度的改善。生产效益也得到了较大幅度的提高。Abstract: The sieve completion is adopted for horizontal heavy oil well in Liaohe oil field,and the steam injection of indiserimi- nating type is selected in the process of steam injection,so impacts of the aeolotropy of oil-bearing horizons and the peripheral recovery result in partial steam breakthrough and heterogeneous mobilization of horizontal section.Test data indicate that the wells of heterogeneous mobilization of hori- zontal seetion of horizontal well account for about 80%, while the segments with good mobilization account for 1/3~1/2 whole well segment.For the medium to deep heavy oil pool,the concentric double-tube steam injection and the ad- justment of steam amount in well top are introduced to de- crease the thermal loss and to increase the thermal insula- tion.The implement effect suggests that after the adoption of double-tube steam injection,the mobilization of horizon- tal segment is improved largely and the production efficiency is also enhanced greatly.
