高升油田多分支水平井分段酸化技术研究应用

Application of multi-lateral horizontal well section acidizing technology in Gaosheng oilfield

  • 摘要: 多分支水平井技术是提高难采储量低速开发区块产能的重要手段。在水平井钻、完井过程中,入井流体对水平段不同位置的浸泡时间不同,造成水平段伤害带呈不均匀分布,因此,水平井酸化过程中水平井段的均匀布酸是水平井酸化效果好坏的关键。为此,分析了高升油田雷52块水平井伤害特征,依据油层物性,筛选出了胶束酸液体系配方,并研究了滑套投球分段酸化工艺。雷52-杜H301井应用水平井分段酸化技术后,油层污染得到解除,产液量大幅度提高,实现了筛管完井多分支水平井均匀布酸。

     

    Abstract: Multi-lateral horizontal well technology is important measure to enhance the production capability of difficult producing reserve and low speed development block.In the process of horizontal well drilling and completion,input fluid caused different immersion time for different position,which caused uneven distribution of damage belt.Therefore,even distribution acid of horizontal well section is key element to acidizing effect.Analysing damage features of Gaoshen oilfield Lei 52 horizontal wells,according to oil layer physical property,micelle acid fluid systematical formula is selected and sliding sleeve ball section acidizing technique is studied.After application of horizontal well section acidizing technology in Lei 52-Du H301 well,oil layer pollution is released,fluid production is enhanced in large scale,which realized the even distribution acid in screen completion multi-lateral horizontal well.
