Abstract: In view of the reality of China's petroleum enterprises especially oil production enterprises, this paper discusses process model theory of technical innovation and studies the technical innovation activities in one oil production plant of North China Oilfield Company. It is believed that China's petroleum enterprises should carry out technical innovation according to their own characteristics, so as to improve their benefits.
