Development and Application of the Completion Pipe String Cleaning Agent JWY

  • 摘要: JWY是利用分子中含活泼氢的亲油化合物与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷合成的非离子表面活性剂。经分析,JWY与国外使用的完井管柱清洗剂S-100具有基本相同的分子结构和物理性能。利用热滚方法,评价JWY具有良好的清洗悬浮油污和油水相分离的能力。采用及光细菌法和BOD5/CODCR法,评价3.0%JWY水溶液生物毒性属低毒,具有一定的生物可降解性。2.0%JWY过滤海水,经5口井的现场试验,满足施工要求。

     

    Abstract: JWY is a kind of non- ionic surfactant which is synthesized using oil-wet compounds containing active hydrogen in the molecular structure, epoxyethane and epoxypropane. It has almost the same molecular structure and physical properties as S- 100, a completion pipe string cleaning agent developed by foreign countries and is capable of cleaning suspending oil sludge and separating oil and water. Field tests show that filtrated water with 2% of JWY can meet operation requirements.
