河南油田高含水期化学堵水技术的探讨

  • 摘要: 河南油田经历了15年的化学堵水实践,形成了一整套化学堵水技术,包括水玻璃-氯化钙、聚丙烯酰胺-“306”树脂等5种油井堵水剂和TP-910、黄原胶、MS-882等7种注水井调剖剂的反应原理、堵水机理、技术特点、应用效果及适用范围。提出了存在问题和对策。目前应注重研究原有堵水剂对高含水期油田的适应性,改进堵剂性能和施工工艺,优化设计,提高堵水有效成功率。加快选择性堵水剂的研究进度,探索堵酸、堵压等综合工艺技术。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes briefly five kinds of water plugging agents and seven kinds of profile controlling agents, which principles of chemical reaction and plugging, technical features, in-site formula, effectiveness and applicability are also introduced. The present research should focus on the fifness to the oil bearing formation in high water cut, improving the plugging agent properly and operation process, optimizing the design, accelerating the study on selective water plugging agent and seeking the synthetical techniques of water -shutoff with acidization or fracture.
