曙光油田互层状超稠油吞吐后期剩余油研究及挖潜技术

Residual oil and potential tapping technology in the late stage of interbedded super heavy oil stimulation

  • 摘要: 曙光油田曙一区互层状超稠油采用蒸汽吞吐开发,经过近20年开发,取得显著开发效果,但受目前油藏认识水平和采油工艺水平限制,油藏采出程度仅为22%,大量剩余油未得到有效利用。结合互层状超稠油油藏特点和开发实际,利用目前常用的测井、测试及动态生产资料等剩余油研究方法,对互层状超稠油平面和纵向剩余油分布规律进行研究,并提出通过增加开井数、调整注采方式、优化增能措施等手段挖掘平面剩余油,通过调层补孔、加深注汽管柱、实施选配注措施等手段挖掘纵向剩余油。2017年这些措施应用后,超稠油综合递减控制在4%以内,取得较好开发效果。

     

    Abstract: Steam huff and puff development was adopted in Shuyi area of Shuguang oilfield, after nearly 20 years development, obvious development results were obtained. However, due to the current reservoir understandings and oil extraction technology, the reservoir production degree was only 22 %, and a large amount of residual oil was not effectively utilized. Based on the characteristics and development practice of the interbedded super heavy oil reservoir, the distribution regularity of the surface and longitudinal residual oil of the cross-layered super heavy oil reservoir were studied by means of the commonly used methods such as logging, testing and dynamic means of production. It was proposed to excavate the residual oil in the plane by increasing the number of wells, adjusting the injection and mining methods, optimizing the energy enhancement measures, and excavating the residual oil in the longitudinal direction by means of adjusting the layer to fill the holes, deepening the injection pipe columns, and implementing alternative injection measures. After field application, the comprehensive reduction control of super heavy oil in 2017 was less than 4 %, which achieved good development results.
