聚合物低剪切分层调剖工艺技术的研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对生产上没有低剪切多层分层调剖管柱的现状和聚合物调驱无法分层调剖的难题,研究设计了分层调剖封隔器、捞杆式连通阀和分层调剖控制器等配套工具,研制开发了可分层验封的低剪切多层分层调剖工艺配套管柱,该工艺管柱具有对三层以内的任意层的低剪切分层注入,管柱结构合理,分层密封效果好,可分层验封,工艺成功率高等特点。现场试验表明,分层调剖工艺成功率100%,对聚合物调剖液剪切率小于3%,解决了聚合物分层段调剖分层工艺管柱不配套问题和无法分层验封问题,实现了聚合物多层分层调剖。

     

    Abstract: There are no low shear separate-zone profile correction strings available and separate - zone profile correction with polymer cannot be realized in the oilfield. In view of these problems, we develop several matching tools, including separate - zone profile correction packer, communicating vale and separate - zone profile correction controller, and low shear separate - zone profile correction string. This string can realize low shear separate - zone injection in any layer within 3 layers. It is characterized by rational structure, good separate - zone sealing effect, layered seal checking and high success ratio. Field experiment shows that the success ratio of separate - zone profile correction is 100%, and the shear rate of polymer profile correction fluid is below 3%. It successfully makes the separate - zone polymer profile correction string matched and realizes layered seal checking.
