砂砾岩厚油层缓速酸酸化技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对河南油田砂砾岩厚油层特高含水期开发特点及常规酸化处理半径小、重复酸化效果较差的情况,研制出了以有机酸和含氟盐为主要成分的 HS— 12缓速酸酸液体系,并配套了机械细分酸化工艺及暂堵酸化工艺。室内试验结果表明,该酸液体系对河南油田油层岩屑溶蚀率高,缓速性能好,有效作用时间长,可进行地层深部酸化,残酸不会造成二次沉淀伤害,岩心渗透率可提高2倍以上。近三来在河南油田现场应用 34口井,有效成功率达 90%以上。增注效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In viewing of the development characteristics at the super-high water cut stage in the thick glutenite reservoirs of Shuanghe oilfield, the small treatment radius of conventional acidizing and the poor reacidizing effects, HS-12 retarded acid system, with organic acid and fluorine as its main components, is developed. The subsidiary mechanical subdivision acidizing technology and temporary plugging technology are also developed. Laboratory experiments show that the acid system with excellent retarding properties is highly effective in corroding oil layer detritus of Henan oilfield. The effective functioning period is long, the residual acid does not cause secondary sedimentation damage, and core permeability can be two times higher than that before treatment. Field application in 34 wells in Henan oilfield within 3 years give out a success rate of 90% and remarkable stimulation effects in the injection wells.
