Abstract: Horiz on calibration is critical for interpretation of seismic data with high resoluti on.Any error in calibration can influence interpretation accuracy of reservoir and structures.Based on analysis and study of horizon calibra-tion of3-D dat a with high resolution in Zhaowa area in Biyang depression,horizon calibration methods are dis-cussed and the calibration effects are analyzed.Horizon calib ration can provide a solid basis for fault interpretation and lateral prediction of reservoirs.
