稠油热采水平井均衡注汽技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对克拉玛依油田六、九区浅层稠油热采水平井两点式注汽方式造成的蒸汽分布不均、水平段油层动用不均的问题,结合目前国内稠油水平井吸汽能力分析模型,定性分析了目前注汽工艺影响开发效果的主要因素,建立了符合现场实际的两点式注汽水平段加热分析模型;研究使用自调节蒸汽配注器,实现了水平井水平段多点均衡配汽,改善了水平段动用程度,提高了水平井开发效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of uneven steam distribution and uneven producing performance of oil layers caused by the two points steamed-suck model of thermal horizontal well in heavy oilfield of Karamay, in accordance with model analysis of steam absorption capacity with heavy oil horizontal well at home, the influencing factors of steam injection technology at present have been qualitatively analyzed and the analytical model of two points steam injection horizontal section has been established. Balanced steam distribution at different points of horizontal sections in horizontal wells can be realized by using the steam distribution valve that can be automatically adjusted which as a result will improve the producing performance of horizontal sections and enhance the development effect of horizontal wells.
