  • 摘要: GP09-14井是由长庆油田施工的第一口气井水平井,钻探目的层为奥陶系下统马五12-马五13。在钻进施工过程中,针对表层大井眼井壁稳定性差,"双石层"易垮塌,裸眼侧钻,气层深度不一,轨迹调整频繁,摩阻扭矩预测及井眼清洁困难等一系列技术难题,制定了一整套合理的技术措施,在不同井段选取合理的钻井液体系,从而确保了该井的钻探成功,水平段长1011m,气层钻遇率达90%。GP09-14井的开发不仅对提高该区块的产能具有重要的作用,而且对有效开发该区块的下部产层提供了十分重要的地质依据。

     

    Abstract: Well GP09-14 was the first Oil horizontal well dilled by Directional Well Technology Service Company in Chan-gqing Oilfield Company.The drilling target is lower Ordovi cian,Ma jiagouzu,Mawu12 and Mawu13 formation.During drilling,accord to poor wellbore wall stability of large hole,Shuangshi bed was easy to collapse,barefoot laterally drill ing,different of production formations depth resulted to of-ten adjust trajectory,wellbore cleaning and drag and torque prediction a set of technology measurements was proposed,appropriate drilling fluid was adopted,in order to drill this well successfully.The total length of horizontal borehole of the well was 1011 m.The proportion of Gas formations was 90%.GP09-14 has not only important effect on improving deliverability,but also important data to effective infrastruc ture in the block.
