Understanding of Development Project Management Mode in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 在实施西部开发战略过程中,总公司提出了“两新两高”的要求。本文结合宝浪油田实施项目管理的实践,总结了开发项目管理的主要做法,并在一年多的时间里,逐步完善和规范,从而有效地控制了投资,减少了开发成本,创造了较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: New system and new technology,high level and highbenefit" is the requirement of CNPC for implementingthe development strategy in western part of China. Thispaper sums up the main experience of development projectmanagement according to the project management practicein Baolang oilfield. These project managernent methodshave been progressivly perfected and standardized over oneyear period. As a result, the investment are effectivelycontrolled,development cost is lowered, notable economicbenefits are yielded.
