草桥稠油脱水工艺研究

  • 摘要: 在稠油脱水过程中,稠油温度较低、掺稀油比例不当、破乳剂投加位置不当、油水界面过高或过低、稠油开发过程中添加的化学药剂以及混合强度较低等因素都将影响稠油的脱水,通过对以上影响因素进行分析,选择了脱水温度80℃、油水界面6.5~7.5m,掺稀油、增加混合强度等相应的工艺措施,保证了胜利油田草桥稠油脱水的正常进行,使草桥稠油的含水率控制在规定的含水指标内。

     

    Abstract: During the process of heavy oil dehydration,the dehydration effect is mainly affected by the factors such as low temperature,the inappropriate proportion of mixing light oil,the wrong place of the input demulsifying agent,too high or too low OWC,added chemical agents,low mixing intensity and etc.Through the analysis of these factors,the dehydration temperature should be set to be 80℃,OWC should be 6.5~7.5m and the mixing intensigy should be increased. which guarantees the successful process of heavy oil dehydration and keeps the water cut within the specified standards.
