渤海油田注水井多效复合酸解堵技术应用研究

Application of multi-effect compound acid plugging removal technology in water injection wells of Bohai oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海油田注水井在注水过程中普遍存在储层堵塞,导致注入压力高,注水量达不到配注要求。针对渤海油田注水井存在的问题,经过室内实验,研发出了一种新型BDF–01多效复合酸液体系,该体系在渤海油田3口注水井中采用单步法施工工艺进行了现场应用。应用结果表明,该体系酸化后视吸水指数是酸化前的1.9~3.8倍,取得了良好的解堵效果。

     

    Abstract: Reservoir blockage is common in the process of water injection in Bohai oilfield, which leads to high injection pressure and insufficient water injection requirements. Aiming at the problems existing in the injection wells of Bohai oilfield, a new BDF-01 multi-effect compound acid system was developed through laboratory experiments. The system was applied on the site of 3 injection wells in Bohai oilfield. After acidification, the apparent water absorption index was 1.9~3.8 times higher than that before acidification, and a good plugging effect was obtained.
