High Pressure Layer Plugging Technologies in Lower Part of High Water-cut Producers

  • 摘要: 双河油田已进入特高含水后期开发阶段,层间矛盾突出,特别是下部高压高含水层的存在,给机堵工作增加了难度,使机堵成功率降低,有效期变短,投资大,受效甚微。提出用可钻式油管传输桥塞与水泥塞结合封堵下部高压高含水层,经3口井的现场应用表明,该工艺投资少,现场操作简单,封堵成功率高,可靠性强,且有效期长,增油降水效果显著,解决了该油田生产中下部高压高含水层的封堵难题。

     

    Abstract: Occurrence of high pressure layers with high water content at the lower part increases the complexity of me-chanical plugging in Shuanghe oilfield,an oilfield at its late development stage with super-high water-cut.The success rate of mechanical plugging operation decreases,effective period is shortened and cost is high.Combina-tion of drillable tubing conveyed bridge plug with cement plug is proposed for use in this oilfield.Field application in three producers shows that the technology has the ad-vantages of low cost,simple field operation,high plugging success rate,high reliability and long effective period.It has successfully plugged the high-pressure aquifers in the deep portion of producers in this oilfield.
