Abstract: The development of network technology is dramatically changing the economic structure and the life style of people. This paper discusses the urgency and necessity to set up files networks in petroleum enterprises, and points out that the ways are establishing databases and setting up network pages with comprehensive service functions through digitizing files information and using the internet and enterprise networks. In viewing the problems existed in files network management, it presents some corresponding solutions.
