Abstract: For improving effectiveeness of developing super haevy oil (10000 - 50 000mPa·s) and extra haevy oil (>50000mPa·s), we got following methods: Taking raising thermal efficiency as core of development, eight systems of producing management came into being. Made the management combined with the reservoir researches and technology. Making full use of the layer heat, raised level of steam soak. According to requirement of reducing viscosity, Controlling sand and shuting off channeling, set up matching technology of surface equipment -well bore-oil bearing formation. These methods ensure normol production of oil wells.
