Study of synthesis of drag reduction agent with α- alkene

  • 摘要: 在管输流体中加入减阻剂是提高输送能力的有效方法。以α-烯烃为原料,利用正交试验法确定减阻高聚物α-烯烃的最优配方和合成条件,分析了主催化剂、助催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对聚合产物的影响程度,制定出可行的试验方案。在优化条件下合成的减阻剂,对于对0号柴油,流体雷诺数6000,添加量10μg/g时,减阻效果优于同类产品。

     

    Abstract: Adding drag reduction agent in pipeline fluid is an effective way to increase throughput of pipelines. Taking α- alkene as feedstock, the optimum formula and synthetic conditions of drag reduction superpolymer α- alkene are determined through normal experiments. The influences of the main catalyst, catalyst promoter, and the temperature and time of reaction on the products of polymerization reaction are analyzed and a feasible testing program is formulated. As to 0 diesel, when the Reynolds number of fluid is 6000 and the amount of drag reduction agent added is 10 μg/g, the antidrag effects of the drag reduction a-gent synthesized under the optimized conditions are better than that of the similar products.
