冀东油田中斜度定向井防偏磨技术优化研究

Optimized anti-deviation wear technique of middle inclined directional wells in Jidong oilfield

  • 摘要: 冀东油田中斜度定向井管杆偏磨是油管刺漏和抽油杆断脱的主要影响因素,缩短了油井的检泵周期,增加了油井维护工作量,加大了生产成本。利用数理统计学方法,分析了影响中斜度井杆管偏磨的井斜角、冲次、沉没度及含水率等主要影响因素,确定了各因素导致杆管偏磨的技术界限。使用加重杆改善杆柱受力结构,对井斜大于35°的油井采用耐磨衬里油管、优化生产参数来降低杆管偏磨程度等方式,进一步完善了中斜度井管杆防偏磨工艺技术。推广应用该项技术以来,平均单井检泵周期延长250 d,生产维护费用节约5×104元/井次,为油井长期平稳生产提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The middle inclined directional wells pipe rod and tube eccentric wear is the main influencing factor of tubing leakage and sucker rod breakage in Jidong oilfield, which shortens the pump inspection period,increases the oil well maintenance workload and increases the production cost. By means of mathematical statistics, the main influencing factors, such as well inclination, punching time, subduction and water content,which influence the eccentric wear of rod and pipe in the well with medium inclination are analyzed, and the technical limits of the eccentric wear of rod and tube caused by various factors are determined. By using the weighted lever to improve pole bearing structure, the deviation is greater than 35°by wear-resisting lining pipeline of oil wells, optimizing production parameters of lower stem tube eccentric wear degree, to further improve the slope of well tube rod eccentric wear prevention technique. Since the popularization and application of this technique, the average single well inspection pump cycle has been extended by 250 d, and the production and maintenance costs have been reduced by 5×104 yuan/well times, thus providing an important technical support for a long-term stable production of oil wells.
