强碱ASP体系驱油特征研究

Research on strong alkali ASP compound flooding characteristics

  • 摘要: 开展了室内强碱三元复合驱物理模拟驱油实验,评价其驱油效果,研究其驱油特征。实验结果表明:强碱ASP体系具有较强的洗油能力和乳化能力,能提高采收率20%以上;驱油过程中形成两段强富集油带(调剖油墙带和乳化油墙带),调剖油墙带含水下降迅速,最低含水值更低,但含水回升快;后续水驱时压力达到最大值,压力升幅达3~6倍;后续水驱时产出端开始产出乳化液,且乳化严重。

     

    Abstract: Strong alkali ASP flooding can substantially improve the recovery and achieve good oil displacement efficiency.Through physical simulation experiments,the research on flooding effect and the flooding characteristics has been carried out.Experimental results show that strong Alkali ASP flooding has strong wash oil and emulsifying capacity,which can enhance oil recovery more than 20%.In flooding process,two strong enrichment oil zones(profile control oil wall zone and emulsified oil wall zone) have been formed.In profile control oil wall zone,the water content decreases rapidly,the minimum water content values are lower but the water content rises rapidly.Water flooding pressure reaches maximum pressure,increasing 3~6 times.In the follow-up water flooding,output side water flooding begins to produce the emulsion and the emulsion is serious.
