  • 摘要: 河南油区下二门油田聚合物站交联聚合物驱体系地面系统的腐蚀情况比较严重,通过一系列的挂片试验分析得知,导致腐蚀产生的主要原因:一是焊缝腐蚀,二是交联剂本身的酸性腐蚀。为此,在地面注入系统对交联荆罐及DN50以上管线采用T09-17涂层进行内防腐;对DN50以下管线采用铝塑复合管或工程塑料(ABS)管,较好地解决了腐蚀问题。

     

    Abstract: Corrosion in the surface injection system of cross -linked polymer flooding is serious in Xiaermen oilfield of Henan oilfield. A series experimental studies shows that the main causes of corrosion are weld decay and acid corrosion of cross - linker itself. Inner corrosion prevention with T09 - 17 coating is performed in cross - linker tanks and pipelines larger than DN50 of the surface injection system, while aluminium - plastic composite pipes and ABS pipes are used as pipeline smaller than DN50. These measures successfully solve the problems of corrosion.
