A Research on Desulfuration Technology of FCC Gasoline

  • 摘要: 介绍了FCC汽油脱硫主要技术的进展情况,包括FCC原料加氢预处理、催化剂及助剂脱硫、FCC汽油加氢异构化和吸附脱硫等技术,比较了其优缺点。指出同时具有芳构化和异构化功能的加氢脱硫和LADS(固定床吸附脱硫)技术是解决我国成品汽油硫含量超标和辛烷值不富裕的有前途的技术。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the development of d esulfura-tion technology of FCC gasoline,including hydro-pretreat-ment of F CC materials,catalyst and cocatalyst desulfura-tion,isocracking process of FC C gasoline and absorptive desulfuration.It is pointed out that hydrodesufuriza tion and LADS are the promising technologies to solve the problems that sulfur contents are off standards while octane value is not enough.
