井下复合式气锚的研制与应用

Development and application of composite downhole gas separator

  • 摘要: 为了减少气体对泵的影响,提高抽油泵泵效,设计了井下复合式气锚。实践应用证明:通过重力-螺旋-重力三次分离,可有效地使油流中的自由气在进入抽油泵前分离出来,减少气体对抽油泵的影响,特别对高含气井起到了较好的气液分离效果。

     

    Abstract: Downhole gas separator is designed to reduce impacts of gas on oil pump and improve pump efficiency. Field application shows that it can effectively separate free gas in oil stream before they go into oil pump through gravity-rotation-gravity separation, so as to minimize the impacts of gas on oil pump.It can well separate gas and fluid in wells with high gas content
