统计工作要适应石油工业的“两个转变”

The Statistic Work should Meet the Requirements of Market Economy and Intensive Management

摘要: 分析了陆上石油工业企业的统计工作在实现“两个根本性转变”的过程中存在的问题和不足，提出了正确处理为总公司服务与为石油企业服务；开放性统计信息资料与封闭性统计信息资料；提高统计信息资料质量与发挥统计整体功能；统计资料的采集与分析；全面调查与专题性调查；各种统计调查手段之间；不同的统计调查对象之间，以及综合统计部门与各专业统计部门之间等八个方面的关系。

Abstract: To fit in with the two fundamental transforms of the Chinese petroleum industry,this paper put forwards eight requirements for statistics in petroleum cnterprises, such as reasonably setting the relationships between open statistical data and closed data, between general review and specifical research,and raising statistical data quality.
