Strengthened Instinctive Management of Employees Is the Foundation of Intensive Management

  • 摘要: 企业管理千头万绪,但归根到底,人是管理之本,抓住了“以人为本”就是抓住了企业管理的纲。企业在管理工作中做到“以人为本”,是实施“两个转变”、走集约型经营之路的根本标志。文章阐述了“人本管理”的基本内涵,首先是提高人的素质,把心操到职工培训上。其次是正确处理职工与企业的关系,职工是企业的主人,企业是职工利益和命运的依托,职工当家理财是维护自身权益的基本手段,是联系职工、企业双方利益的纽带与桥梁。

     

    Abstract: The basic meaning of the instinchve management of employecs is, firstly, to improvc employees' quality,secondly, to gct the proper re1ation treated between employees and the enterprise. Employees are masters of an enterprise, the enterprise is thc reliance of thcir interest and dcstiny. Participation in entcrprlsc's management by them is a basic means,which could kcep close ties with cach other, to maintain their rights and interests.
