Experimental study on the effect of supercritical CO_2 on the physicochemical properties of heavy oil——by taking G24-P21 well as an example

  • 摘要: 通过开展高压物性实验、族组分分析实验与气相色谱实验,深入研究超临界CO_2对稠油物理化学性质的影响。研究表明,稠油的饱和压力、气油比、体积膨胀系数与注入超临界CO_2含量呈二次多项式关系(增函数),稠油黏度与注入超临界CO_2含量呈二次多项式关系(减函数),从而有效改善原油物性;随着注入超临界CO_2含量的增加,稠油总烃含量相对增大,胶质+沥青质含量相对减小,且超临界CO_2在对稠油总烃组分的萃取过程中,对正构烷烃或与正构烷烃化学性质相似的组分具有高度选择性。整体而言,注入超临界CO_2可有效改变原油的物理化学性质,进而达到提高采收率的目的。

     

    Abstract: By means of high-pressure physical property experiment, group component analysis experiment and gas chromatography experiment, the influence of supercritical CO_2 on the physicochemical properties of heavy oil was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of injection of supercritical CO_2, the saturation pressure, gas oil ratio and volume expansion coefficient of heavy oil increase in quadratic polynomial relationship, and the injection of supercritical CO_2 can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil in quadratic polynomial relationship, thus effectively improving the physical properties of crude oil. With the increase of injection ratio of supercritical CO_2, the total hydrocarbon content of heavy oil is relatively increased, while the content of gum + asphaltene is relatively decreased. The supercritical CO_2 is highly selective for n-alkanes or components like n-alkanes in the extraction process of heavy oil total hydrocarbon components. Generally, the injection of supercritical CO_2 can effectively change the physical and chemical properties of crude oil, thus achieving the purpose of enhanced recovery.
