河南油田超稠油油藏动用实践与效果

Producing practice of super heavy oil reservoir and its effect in Henan oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南油田高粘度超稠油油藏储量1088.19×104t,目前采用常规的注蒸汽吞吐试采,试采效果很不理想,达不到热采产能要求。通过注氮气隔热、注降粘剂的措施虽然可以提高试采效果,但仍然突破不了产能关,导致超稠油储量难以动用。通过调研国内超稠油油田稠油开采的先进技术,分析适宜河南油田超稠油油藏特征的开采技术,优选了采用高干度、高强度、高速度、辅助氮气、溶剂降粘的蒸汽吞吐开采技术,单水平井蒸汽吞吐方式,大井眼(95/8″套管,双油管)开采方式,过热蒸汽技术等,有效提高了超稠油难采储量动用程度。

     

    Abstract: The reserve of super heavy oil reservoir with high viscosity of Henan oilfield is about 1088.19×104 t. However, the conventional steam stimulation method adopted at present failed to meet the requirements of thermal production and had a poor production effect. In spite of through injecting nitrogen to insulate heat or by injecting viscosity reducer, the recovery could be increased little, but breakthrough still can not be made, which makes it difficult to produce the super heavy oil reserves. Based on the advanced technology of super heavy oil development in China, proper production technology suitable for heavy oil characteristics of Henan oilfield, such as high steam quality and high speed, has been optimized, which can effectively increase the production capacity of super heavy oil in Henan oilfield.
