对三元复合驱注入方式的数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation of injection method for alkali-surfactant-polymer flooding

  • 摘要: 三元复合驱注入方式涉及三元体系段塞大小、段塞配方、组合等研究内容,文中应用化学驱数值模拟软件UTCHEM(改进后),对典型五点法布井方式的三元复合驱技术采用不同的前置聚合物调剖段塞、三元主段塞、三元副段塞、后置聚合物保护段塞的注入方式的驱油效果进行了较为全面地计算。计算结果表明,三元复合体系在一定程度上对提高驱油效果具有协同效应;适宜的段塞大小、段塞组合及合理配方的注入方式可在较为经济的条件下获得更好的驱油效果。

     

    Abstract: Chemical flood numerical simulator UTCHEM (the improved version) is used to study alkali - surfactant -polymer flooding in typical five - spot pattern, and to calculate the displacement effects of injection methods with various polymer pre - flush profile correction slug, main alkali - surfactant - polymer slug, auxiliary alkali - surfactant - polymer slug and polymer post - flush protection slug. The calculation results show that alkali - surfactant - polymer system has some synergistic effects in improvement of oil displacement. Appropriate slug sizes and slug combinations and rational formulations can economically improve oil displacement effects.
