  • 摘要: 小井眼钻井技术在开发剩余油和分布零散的边际油藏方面具有明显的成本优势,但存在钻头选型少、循环压耗高、破岩能力不足和井身轨迹控制难度大等技术难点。为此,文章在分析小井眼钻井机械钻速影响因素的基础上,通过优选钻头、降低压耗、强化钻井参数和优化钻具组合等技术措施,形成了一套适合胜坨油田的小井眼优快钻井技术。现场应用效果表明,小井眼优快钻井技术能够有效提高钻速、降低钻井成本,具有很好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Slim hole drilling technology has obvious cost advantage on the development of remaining oil and scattered marginal reservoirs but it has many technical difficulties, such as less bit option, high circulating pressure loss, insufficient rock-breaking ability and big control of wellbore trajectory. Therefore, based on the analysis of slim hole mechanical drilling rate, through optimizing bit, reducing the pressure loss, strengthening the drilling parameters and optimization of drilling assembly, a series of optimal and quick slim hole drilling technologies have been formed. The field application results show the optimal & quick slim hole drilling technology can effectively improve the drilling speed, reduce drilling cost and have a good applied foreground.
