Application of liquid level build-up curve in development of low permeability and low energy oilfields

  • 摘要: 魏岗油田东庄、杨坡区为低孔低渗的储层物性和高凝高含蜡的原油性质,采用井下电加热技术抽油机开采,平均单井日产油1t,油田开采成本居高不下。为了提高经济效益,采用间歇抽油生产方式,利用两种液面恢复曲线确定了合理的间开周期,应用效果较好,在同类油田中具有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Dongzhuang and Yangpo blocks in Weigang oilfield are characterized by low permeability, low porosity, high pour - point and high wax content. Downhole electric heating technology is used in pumping wells and averaged daily oil production of single well is only 1 ton. Oil production cost is too high. In order to improve economic benefits, intermittent pumping production mode is applied. Two liquid level build - up curves are used to determine the rational intermittent pumping cycle. Field application effects are good, thus it is worth deployment in similar oilfields.
