稠油有限防砂完井技术

Technique of heavy oil finite sand control completion

  • 摘要: 针对稠油流动性差.携砂能力强等特性。提出了稠油有限防砂完井技术概念、工艺和具体技术措施,并建立了有关的数学模型。其核心是:通过先排砂、后防砂、防粗砂、排细砂等工艺措施,改善油层物性。增加油井泄油半径.在防砂开采条件下,提高油井产量;其要点是:根据稠油携带砂、冲出砂粒度分布、油层砂粒度中值、油层岩心孔隙孔喉的统计平均值(压汞法).防粗砂、排细砂,使筛-套环空和近井地带稠油流道孔喉远远大于油层孔隙孔喉.增加了稠油流动通道;其关键是:选择预定油产量下的基值,并以此选择筛管缝宽,根据粗砂粒累积重量百分比、粗砂自然堆积的孔隙度等,计算单油层采油、多油层合采时沉砂口袋长度最小值。稠油有限防砂完井技术成功地应用于苏丹六区,取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the technical concept and technological measures of heavy oil finite sand control completion arc pres- ented for the character of heavy oil's flow fault and proppant -carrying capacity,and established are relevant mathematic models.The core is to improve the physical characteristics of heavy oil reservoir,to increase the drainage radius of oil well,and to raise the heavy oil production through the tech- niques as spigot product first and then sand PrOteCtion, coarse sand prevention and fine sand discharge under the ex- traction condition of sand control.The main point is to in- crease the flow path of heavy oil by making the space be- tween sieve and collar and the pore throat radius greater far and away than the throat radius of pore in oil reservoir on the base of the sand-carrying amount,the granularity distribu- tion of extruded sand,the median grain diameter of sand in oil reservoir,the statistical average of pore throat radius. The key is to select the base value in preset oil yield to choose the slot width of sieve tube,and to calculate the mini- mum length of spigot in the recovery processes of the indi- vidual reservoir and the multiplex reservoirs on the base of the cumulative weight perccntage of coarse sand grain and the porosity of natural pileup of coarse sand.The technique of heavy oil finite sand control completion is successfully ap- plied in No.six block in Sudan.
