Producer Predrilling Construction Methods Study in Baolang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了宝浪油田表层地质情况与开发井载荷分布情况。重点阐述了“粉体喷射搅拌桩”与“生石灰桩”两种施工方法的原理、理论计算依据、施工工艺和现场应用情况;“粉体喷射搅拌桩”应用计算机软件进行设计,指导现场施工;“生石灰桩”则应用其较为成熟的技术在宝浪油田进行现场应用,这两种方法与现有的沉管浇法相比具有工艺简单、速度快、费用低等优点。在现场应用取得了较好的经济效益,具有较好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the geologic conditions of thesurface layers in Baolang oilfield and the load distributionin producers, and focuses on the principle, the basis fortheoretical calculation, the operation techniques and fieldapplication of the two predrilling construction methodsof"Siltage jet agitating pile" and"Calcium lime pile"These two construction methods have the advantages ofsimple technique, high construction speed and low costcompared with the existing Sunken pipe casting method.Notable economic benefits have been achieved in fieldapplication and they have a bright future in applicationand dissemination.
