提高半再生RFCC烟能回收利用率的优化改造

Improvement of Recovery and Utilization Rate of Flue Gas Energy From Semi-regenerative RFCC Units

  • 摘要: 随着RFCC装置掺渣率的提高,再生烟气及其中CO含量增加,CO锅炉不能完全回收再生烟气的热能,造成能量浪费。为了提高再生RFCC装置烟气回收利用率,中国石化股份有限公司荆门分公司针对CO锅炉存在的问题进行了技术改造,改造后烟气回收利用率接近100%。

     

    Abstract: The amount of regenerated flue gas and its CO con-tent increase along with the adulterated residual oil rate going up in RFCC units.CO furnace cannot completely re-cover the energy of regenerated flue gas resulting in energy waste.In order to increase the recovery rate of flue gas from regenerative RFCC units,technical transformation is performed on CO furnace leading to a recover rate of near100%.
