  • 摘要: 介绍了半沥青减粘裂化工业装置在设计过程中加热炉炉型和炉管冷油流速的选择依据,提出了反应器的设计主要是考虑反应时间与高径比,以及急冷油量的确定问题。经两年实践验证,经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: This paper expounds the technical principles to design industrial semiasphalt visbreaking equipments, introduces the bese and methods to determine some critical technical parameters such as "flow velocity of coolant oil for heating furnace tube", "reaction time", and "quench oil quality and the control methods".Production practice in several years show that all the indexes reach or override the desigh indexes, and notable economic and social benefits havc been achieved.
