Abstract: Development process of an environment-friendly hot die forging agent with multiple properties is introduced in this paper. The non-graphite material used in this forging agent is an uniform fluid which doesn't layer after emplacement for a long time and has supreme spraying, lubricating, cooling and heat insulation and de-die properties and relatively high emulsifying stability. Industrial application shows that its properties are good and can reduce production cost and improve efficiency.
