Research and Application of A New Fluid Jetting Tech-nology

  • 摘要: 介绍了河南油田利用液体射流原理新研究开发的四项新技术即负压法地层解堵技术、不动管柱降压排酸技术、油井井口降压掺水技术、污水沉降罐底部负压排污泥技术的原理、技术特点、适应范围、现场应用效果等。现场200多井(套)次证明:采用液体射流对地层解堵,不会对储层造成伤害,解堵效果明显;采用液体射流排残酸,排酸迅速、彻底;采用液体射流法在井口掺热水,可降低井口回压,改善油井工况,提高泵效;采用液体射流法排放污水沉降罐底部沉积污泥,能提高排泥效果,提高污水处理质量。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the principles; technical features, application scope and field application effects of the 4 newly developed technologies in Henan oilfield based on fluid jetting theories. They are negative pressure unplugging, depressurized acid flushing without moving string, depressurized water mixing at wellhead of producers, and negative pressure blowdown at bottom of sewage settling tanks. Field application over 200 times shows that the fluid jetting technology can significantly unplug the formations without any damages can rapidly and completely remove acid; can lower wellhead back - pressure and improve producer operation conditions when mixing hot water at wellhead; and can improve mud remove effects and sewage disposal quality when performing blowdown.
