  • 摘要: 新疆焉耆盆地是一个风险勘探区块。根据总公司“新区勘探要有新思路、新体制、新水平”的指导思想，塔里木河南勘探公司在焉耆盆地勘探中采用了国际通行的“油公司”模式来组织生产，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益，为新区勘探开阔了思路，提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The Yanqi Basin in Xinjiang is a risk-contractexploration block. According to the guiding idcology of"new thought, new system and new level in newexploration area", Henan Exploration Company inTalimu followed the internationally accepted"Oil Company"managerid system. Better economic and social benefitshave been obtained, and experience has been stored upfor future exploration areas.
