Abstract: Ineffective financial control has been the major problem that impedes development of mixed farming firms in oilfield enterprises for a long time.Restructuring of SINOPEC provides an opportunity for mixed farming firms in oilfield enterprises to establish a standard modern en-terprise system.The mixed farming firms in oilfield enter-prises should establish an effective capital operating sys-tem through clarifying property right,perfect financial control system,establish inspiring and restricting mecha-nism,and form effective monitoring system to improve the operating benefit of mixed farming firms.
