聚丙烯酰胺溶液的地下流变模型

  • 摘要: 通过岩心模拟流动实验,在相当宽的流速范围内,测定了高分子量聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液在70℃油层温度下通过油藏岩石流动时的稳态压力降与流速的关系曲线,从而揭示了HPAM溶液在多孔介质中的复杂双重流变特性:在低速下呈剪切变稀的假塑性,在高速下出现剪切增稠的粘弹性。将流变仪测得的流变性和获得的本体流变模型引入描述多孔介质的毛细管束模型,从而把达西公式推广到了幂律流体。合理修正了Hirasaki的视剪切速率表达式,获得了多孔介质的视剪切速率与达西流速之间的关系式,进而建立了HPAM聚合物溶液的地下流变模型。

     

    Abstract: The relations between stable pressure drop and flow velocity of high molecular weight HPAM solutions were measured over a wide range of flow velocity through core simulation tests at 70℃. It was revealed that HPAM solution possesses dual rheological behaviors in porous medium, i. e. a shear thinning pseudoplasticity at lower flow velocity and a shear thickening viscoelasticity at higher flow velocity.Darcy's equation was extended to power law fluids by incorporating the rheology measured by a rheometer and the bulk rheological model into the bundle of capillary tubes pack which decsribes porous medium.Hirasaki's apparent shear rate equation was modified and the relational expression between shear rate in porous medium and Darcy's now velocity was obtained, and finally a in -situ rheological model for HPAM polymer solutions was constructed.
