川西东坡沙溪庙组窄河道致密砂岩气藏水平井部署方位优化

Optimization of horizontal well deployment in tight sandstone gas reservoir with narrow channel of Shaximiao formation on the east slope of west Sichuan

  • 摘要: 川西东坡沙溪庙组气藏主要以单条河道砂为储层,具有河道窄、储层薄、物性差、非均质性强、气水分布复杂等特征,水平井部署方位优化难度大,需要开展针对性的研究。综合气藏沉积、测井响应、储层物性、孔隙结构及生产动态等特征,建立窄河道类型的划分标准,并筛选出3类典型窄河道,利用数值模拟重点分析河道砂体方向及人工裂缝方位对水平井生产能力的影响。结果表明,河道砂体方位对水平井生产动态的影响显著,水平井筒与砂体夹角超过15°时,气井动态控制储量、累计产量均会大幅降低;保持人工裂缝与水平井筒呈60°以上夹角,可提高气井稳产能力,并综合目标区主力河道砂体延伸方位及区域地应力分布,提出了适用于川西东坡沙溪庙组窄河道致密砂岩气藏的水平井方位优化原则,为该区水平井的高效开发提供了气藏地质认识依据。

     

    Abstract: The gas reservoir of Shaximiao formation in the east slope of western Sichuan is mainly composed of single channel sand, which has the characteristics of narrow channel, thin reservoir, poor physical properties, strong heterogeneity, complex gas water distribution, etc, and it is difficult to optimize the deployment of horizontal wells, so it is necessary to carry out targeted research. According to the sedimentary characteristics, logging response, reservoir physical properties, pore structure and production dynamic characteristics of the gas reservoir, the classification standards of the narrow channel type is established, and three typical narrow channels are selected. The influence of channel sand body direction and artificial fracture direction on horizontal well production capacity is analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the orientation of channel sand body has a significant impact on the production performance of horizontal wells. The angle between the horizontal well bore and sand body is more than 15°, and the dynamic controlled reserves and cumulative production of gas wells will be greatly reduced. Keeping the angle between artificial fracture and horizontal well bore above 60° can improve the stable production capacity of gas wells. Based on the extension orientation and regional geo-stress distribution of the main channel sand body in the target area, the optimization principle of horizontal well orientation suitable for tight sandstone gas reservoir in narrow channel of Shaximiao formation on the east slope of western Sichuan is put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the efficient development of horizontal wells in this area.
