Causes of injury and Improving Method on the Furnace Lining in the stand-pipe Heater

  • 摘要: 对洛阳石化总厂FCCU立管方箱形加热炉炉衬的损坏原因及使用LW—1.0型轻质高强浇注料修复炉衬的方法进行了探讨,并对加热炉顶部防水、排水设施的不合理性提出了改进意见。同时,对LW—1.0型轻质高强浇注料修复炉衬施工过程中的关键技术步骤作了说明。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the cauces of injury of the furnace lining in the FCCU stand-pipe heater of Luoyang Petrochemical Plant, explains the renovating method and key technique with LW-10 high strenth light poured material. And puts forward the suggestion of improving water proof and water draining facilities on top of the stand -pipe heater.
