地面多级分注技术在大港南部油田的研究及应用

The research and application of surface multistage separated injection technology in Dagang south oilfield

  • 摘要: 大港南部油田含油层系多,层间矛盾突出,为提高注水开发效果和低渗油藏的动用开发程度,先后开展了插入式地面分注工艺技术和同心双管分注工艺技术先导试验,并在南部油田应用了5口井,均取得了良好的分注效果。现场试验证明,采用地面多级分注技术能够有效解决南部油田由于井深、注水压力高、油稠、结垢造成的投捞测配难度大的工艺难题,提高了分注配套技术水平。

     

    Abstract: The reservoirs in Dagang south oilfield is multi-layer and conflict between layers.In order to improve injection efficiency and production degree of low permeability reservoir,and realize multistage separate injection,the plug-in surface separated injection technology and concentric dual-barrel separated injection technology are developed and applied in five wells in south-oilfield,which prove that the pilot test is effective.The results of test shows that the matching technical level of separated injection is improved and some difficult technology problems of deep well,high injection pressure,condensed oil,scaling and great difficulty of pulling and running for water injection allocation can be solved by using the surface multistage separated injection technology.
