  • 摘要: 为了确保延长油田延页平1井固井施工顺利及固井质量,通过静态地层承压试验、优化通并钻具结构、选用四级清油型冲洗隔离液技术,并采用特制的冲洗效果评价装置进行评价,优选固井水泥浆体系等固井技术措施,有效解决了该井固井漏失、套管安全下入及居中困难、井壁油膜清除困难和水平段固井质量难以保证等难题,最终使该井固井顺利,固井质量达到优质。该井页岩气固井技术方案的成功实施,为今后在该油田页岩气井固井提供了很好的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the smooth cementing construction and quality of Yanyeping 1 well,we carried out the static formation pressure test,optimized wells drilling tool structure,applied four grade oil type flushing spacer fluid technology,used special cleaning device,optimized cement slurry system,which effectively solve the problems as the well cementing leakage loss,safely down into the casing,difficulty of removing borehole wall oil film and horizontal cementing,finally to make the cementing well.Cementing reaches best quality.The successful implementation of well cementing technology for shale gas provides a very good reference for the future cementing.
