摘要: 本文阐述了石油企业经营管理复合型人才的内涵以及开发培养复合型人才的紧迫性、重要性,同时,联系石油、石化企业实际,提出了加快石油(石化)企业经营管理复合型人才培养与使用的思路和对策。

Abstract: This paper expounds the connotation of compound operating management talents and explains the imminence and importance of development and training of such talents in petroleum enterprises.Ideas and measures about training and employment of such talents are presented in combina-tion with the realities of petroleum enterprises.
