Abstract: This paper introduces design control conditions,design examination and equipment installation etc.Referring to the relevant foreign standards and combining with the reality of our country, the article expounds the general requirements for signing contracts and the special requirements for equipment modification during manufacturing and package and transportation. These requirements are of practical significance for guarranteeing engineering quality and redcucing investment.
